The Croatian word 'Tiha' translates to 'quiet' and when you take a step inside, down the staircase where you will catch a glimpse of the bay beyond through the opening glass walls, you will soon discover how this magnificent villa got it’s name.
Like a true oasis of peace and tranquility, Villa Tiha will provides the ideal sanctuary for all admirers of the Mediterranean climate. With five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, private pool, jacuzzi, wine cellar, outdoor terrace with sun decks, this elegant contemporary home has been finely detailed by Croatian craftsman and furnished by leading Italian designers which puts Tiha in a complete class of its own.

We have created various wonderful light filled spaces using only natural materials: local stone, combed oak, linen fabrics and top quality Italian furniture. The contemporary spacious open plan living room with feature fireplace is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the islands delights.

Enjoy a delicious meal cooked by your own private chef in the open plan kitchen dining area, with Pliform dining furniture for eight diners. The deluxe kitchen is fitted with Varena by Poliform, Gaggenau and Miele appliances, stove, grill, steam cooker, microwave, two dishwashers, fridge with ice-maker and a coffee maker.
Indulge
Indulge in the state-of-the-art climatic controlled wine cellar, which has some of the finest wines from the best Croatian growers. Toast a perfectly cooled glass as you gaze through the glass at the Croatian carved rock face.
First Floor
Sleep on the Adriatic
Open the full glass Shuco sliding walls and step out on to the sun terrace to admire the views of Croatia. All guest suites have a spa oasis, walk in dressing rooms, south facing terraces have uninterrupted views out to sea and the islands and beyond.
Second Floor
Enter the master suite and you’re greeted with a captivating view of the horizon, slide back the full glass Shuco sliding walls and you will feel like you are sleeping amongst the stars on the ocean, the view is breathtaking. Enjoy the luxurious en suite bathroom and relax on the king size bed by Maxalto or sit peacefully on the large south facing sun terrace.
The oversized balcony with clean glass balustrades is an idyllic spot to take in the breathtaking views as the sun sets over the water.

Stepping out of the villa on to the large ceramic tiled terrace you can relax in various private areas which lead down to the sea. There is an luxurious heated infinity pool fitted with an exercise resister and an outside kitchen with dining area. The music is remotely controlled to all external areas for your listening pleasure, lounge chairs and high quality sun beds with casual side tables.
An intimate south facing teak sun deck accommodates an eight person Jacuzzi offering incredible views of the Island of Hvar. Walk down to the private jetty where you can moor a Yacht of up to 20m or escape on a kayak or paddle-board to explore the delights of the bay.
As the night closes in, the villa shines under the Croatian night sky while you enjoy poolside music and dine under the stars.

Whilst accompanied by a small number of exclusive houses, Tiha is the last house on a private road surrounded by pure nature. The charming villages of Sumartin and Selca are less than 2km away, one having a lovely harbour, both have a few necessary shops, restaurants and cafes.
Enhancing your stay is our Villa Manager, She organises everything you need, from shopping/grocery items through to advising you on where to eat out. Full of local knowledge, and happy to share it. A daily maid service is also included during your stay. By request our chef will cook your meals based on a wide selection of local dishes and fresh produce or as you request.
